Ha, we've had neighbours like that several times.

One tuesday morning at 12:30am I crept outside and took the hose to the teenagers at the pool party next door. It was three years before my neighbour's daughter would look me in the eyes.

Any way you can implement something similar, Zack?

Well, I have thought of cutting their power, but I am not sure which of the numerous illegal lines strung up along the street is actually theirs....
